In my younger days

Word gets around, Andy, even in the business world.

All the Loan Companies in the U.K. have Andy on their Do Not Call list or more likely their Do Not Take Call list.

The true torture isn’t being put on hold forever, it’s the choice of the music that’s played that is truly excruciating!

I was on a call where I was on hold for quite a while. When I finally got through the woman seemed like she couldn’t hear me. She hung up.

I know for a fact she could hear me because my microphone was on. She sounded rude too.

Now there’s something you don’t see every day: a phone with a cord. Still, it somehow seems more appropriate that Andy uses one rather than a smartphone.
