Son of a gun. Doug intercepted their battle plans and didn’t even have his enigma. I suspect the cats are involved in this somehow, but I just can’t put my finger on it.
Crows warn birds when a hawk is near. Crows also peck at the hawk, or predator, to drive it away. Little birds peck, but crows do the best job. We welcome crows and blackbirds with our songbirds….just no starlings.
