Years ago for Christmas, when the kids were little, I had a custom sign made for my wife to hang in the kitchen: “You’ll eat it. You’ll eat it and you’ll like it.”

“Why don’t you call more often? You could have been a lawyer, you know. And she’s not good enough for you!”
