What do they do about someone who is consistently inconsistent?

It’s a common trait in the workplace that hardworking efficient employees are routinely rewarded with additional work.

Consistency and underperforming are conservative requirements. Certainly to be consistently underperforming is foolish. Ralph Waldo Emerson once wrote: “A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds, adored by little statesmen and philosophers and divines."

He is definitely dependable l guess…..

Guess low standards are better than no standards.
