At a friends shop the other day, they found a nest with Q-tips in it……
Don’t forget the bits of string or wool to hold it all together.
No featherbedding their nest, I guess?

When I would haul in firewood for the woodstove, I would often find mouse nests that had snakeskins woven into them.
Many lumber yards have bird nests in their sheds since they are all open to the sides.
But what TYPE of twig? Rough cut? Ply?, Finishing grade?, Rough cut? Reclaimed? Oak? Pine? Maple? Redwood?…..
