Ralph’s training is almost complete

Dogs have better smellers than people do.

He knew you were lying because he knows you!

The nose knows

Can’t out smart a dog especially if food is involved.

PBS taught him how to beg

Our dog is the same way…I visually have to show her that I have nothing for her to eat…

You can lie to me but you can’t lie to yourself.

Since when does Ralph NOT have something to eat?

the dogs know… :J

It doesn’t matter to a dog whether you have a treat on you or not. They know if they look cute and make with the big sad woeful eyes, you’ll get up and get them one.

Dogs can smell things a long distance!

Just say “no” (or nothing at all) and eat it yourself. He’s a dog – he’ll get over it.

The dog is the smartest one in the whole family.

Their olfactory senses are better than you think!

The whole cookie though? Not good for puppy

And for lying to him you’ll find a special treat in your shoes.

Never try to trick a dog. Their noses can’t be fooled.

Dachshunds just know these things. Don’t even try to fool them!
