A leader doesn’t have to outnumber your group, he just has to make enough people hate your group more than they hate him.

Actually I’ve been on a team before where the managers greatly outnumbered the workers. I said to them once – what do all these managers do for us. If you all went on strike, nothing would happen. Maybe some organised chaos, but we’d get things done nevertheless. If we went on strike, you’d make no progress whatsoever but you’d hold lots of meetings discussing why.
