It makes it easier to sort out the tooth-breaking unpopped kernels. Break off a big piece for me.

It’s already genetically modified. A food scientist spent years working on the best corn for popcorn. A guy named Redenbacher. Orville Clarence Redenbacher (July 16, 1907 – September 19, 1995) was an American food scientist and businessman most often associated with the brand of popcorn that bears his name which is now owned by Conagra Brands. The New York Times described him as “the agricultural visionary who all but single-handedly revolutionized the American popcorn industry”. Stolen from Wikipedia.

How old are you? Do you remember when bananas had these tiny black seeds? Now they have none! (These are the commercially prepared ones we buy the supermarkets) Google the problems they are having with that now. There are now, only ones with seeds I’ve seen, are grown in Florida and are so sweet and delicious so much favor. You can’t believe the difference. Delicious!
