I saw a video a few days ago from a guy whose company cleans out septic tanks. They had the tank open, and the owner casually tossed a cigarette in. The results from the gas and the fatty stuff on top were not pretty. No one or the home was damaged, but the fire took out a bunch of lawn and trees.

That’s one thought, Red ……. What do you think Rover ……. ;)

The density of methane vs CO2 is 2.8 to 1, so it will displace CO2 at ground level and at room temperature. Of course, using CH4 as fuel to get to the moon would convert it to CO2 (D’oh!) On the other hand, plants treat CO2 as quick-grow fertilizer, but not methane, so much. Oh, wait, am I overanalyzing again?
