I have an old (1986) motorcycle I put a new battery in. It cranked. But, the headlight turn signal switch is bad, the air filter eaten by mice, the back brake is seized up, the gas tank is full of rust, the gas switch pickup is cracked, I haven’t inspected the carburetors yet, the tires are dry rotted (but hold air, good enough to roll the bike around). Should I sell it or give it away?

As predicted … both in the strips and in the comments!

I believe that Granny Picklepuss is more concerned with her own reputation that her granddaughter’s safety. She’s incredibly narrow-minded.

No surprise here. We all knew that Grandma would not approve.

Geeze Granny, can’t you ever give that girl a break? She has to have some fun now and again!

Maybe no minibikes in the trailer. I’m sure she and Trout could find a place to stash it.

Considering they’ve never spoken of Agnes’ parents., or Trout’s may be cause for Grandma’s prejudice.

Gotta lead with the high points, Agnes. Point out that Grannie won’t have to drive you to church now.

Seems like even a broken mini-bike could be sold for cash. Likely more than Agnes has ever had at one time. ($100?).

Smart move, trying to get Grandma distracted by even worse things.

Just get a Mohican haircut, Agnes, instead of a tatt. You can always grow it out.
