There’s Nefertiti when you need it.
That’s okay. Maybe you can build off of a vowel or the word that’s already on the board. If you can’t find anywhere you can do that, you can turn in (some or all of) your tiles and get (some or all) new ones – hopefully some vowels.

Having learned about the Egyptian alphabet when we were learning about Egypt, I get the joke.
Egyptian hieroglyphs and the Semitic abjads contain no vowels. If you’re out of consonants, you’re out of letters!
