I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Wally deserves his own strip.

You gotta expect that if you’re going to play with your food.

Years ago, there was a similar strip in Garfield, when Garfield and Odie swiped Jon’s food, and he began shouting, “Food all gone! Food gone!”

Indeed, he is man’s best friend.

Ralph’s loss is Wally’s gain!

“You can play with your food before you eat it. You can chivvy your chow before you chew.” — Honk The Musical. . .

I’ve never been able to do that “toss food and catch in mouth” bit. Out of hundreds of times having tried it as a kid, I think I succeeded exactly once.

Wally’s got your back.
