Married life would turn out to be not so kind to Daphne and Velma…

Is that why I stubbed my toe on that laundry pile? Time to investigate!

I searched for, and peeked at, a couple of my gifts when I was about 8. Ruined Christmas for me. Never did it again.

We used to keep all the kids’ presents in the trunk of the car. I don’t think they ever caught on, and they wouldn’t have been able to open it anyway.

I hauled a bicycle (in the box) in the bed of a pickup, with a campershell, for nearly a month without it being noticed.

When I was little I wondered why my parents kept a 6 foot tall refrigerator box in their room, I later found out it was where they stashed the presents (there were 6 of us kids). My mom was a homemaker, like most at that time, so there was no sneaking in to get a peek.
