The majority of food that we eat consider to be fun other cultures had become so Americanized (United States Americanized) that the culture it originated from can no longer recognize it.
It seems as if no one picked up on the obvious message: that “Mexican,” just like “Peruvian,” “Columbian,” “Canadian,” “Brazilian,” et cetera, are ALL “American.” Just sayin’ . . .//jm
