Mental organization beats organizational furniture. We had an engineer who kept his files in vertical stacks around his office. None of the bosses complained because he knew exactly where everything was. The cleaners were instructed to move NOTHING.
I use clear plastic dollar store storage containers. My lab has about 30 of them. Clear so I can see what is inside without opening them. Each container can have many different things in it so labels won’t work. Way better than the cardboard boxes I used to use. But over $500 for storage containers – no way.

Plus the rented truck to bring it all home (and how did all that fit in ONE shopping cart?) !!

That’s $543 in 1996 dollars. As of 2024, $1080. Good Luck.

Coordinating organizational systems isn’t worth $543. Good (mental andor emotional) therapy is worth every penny.
Hello Cathy friends! Happy Wednesday! Have a great day, all!

Yup. I’ve been in that store. Now, I steer clear of it. It’s much easier to abandon online shopping carts.

A sound organizational practice in theory, but in execution while pulling out the money? AACK—not so much. Oops.
