The copyright date is too small for me to see but those phones appear to be from the 1990’s.

Look at the SIZE of those phones! In only 22 years? Wow!

I’m in my 30s and I would KILL for a phone that just rings and hangs up.

Good Luck! My Mom has a computer and a cell phone, for over ten years and she still needs help with them both.

Some people are going back to phones without 150 features they will never use and constant nagging notifications.

I have a phone that just rings and hangs up – it is called a land line. It does have pushbutton numbers and not a dial so I am not that far back in progress. I do have a cell phone for travelling and, as most people I know have found out, I generally ignore it when I am home. I figure I am not important enough to the world to be on call and instantly accessible 24/7.

Definitely close to winter here. Most of the bay froze over last night. I can still see open water further out into the lake. Interesting pattern – very smooth for about 100m from shore then a band of rough ice cause by the wind yesterday then a very wide band of smooth ice until the open water. That rough band will cause some issues for those who skate on the ice once it is thick enough.

Enjoy this fine Saturday. My wife tells me it is crazy downtown and at the mall. We must be getting close to Christmas or something like that.

So much for keeping things simple. Oops. Or should that be “AACK”?

    HI, MOM. Hello, Clan.
