We can get rid of nuclear weapons, or at least not use them. But we have little control over climate change – and the longer we wait to act, the more drastic measures we will have to take, and the worse the consequences will be.

It looks lhere’s been another MAGA attack on the Capitol, and this time they’re exercising their right to keep and bear nuclear arms…

Climate changes. Always has and always will. Long before humans trod upon the Earth, the planet has gone through warm periods and ice ages. There’s nothing humans can do to stop it or cause it. The wise thing to do is to have contingencies for adapting to the inevitable.

Overpopulation will prove to be a bigger problem.

Oh my. How can we get this far without any deliberates on Biden? As a global leader the U.S. is looking quite pathetic. We need much stronger leadership.

Ummm, yeah… aside from the predictable “climate always changes” guy, it’s worth talking about the actual risk of an all out nuclear exchange. There are two, maybe three nations with enough nukes to cause a global effect. That effect would be global cooling. Idk, but it feels like we’re deciding between hundreds of millions of people dying of fire or ice. Sounds like a good book idea.

If you think that the mass migration from Central and South America is bad when the Earth warms up more it will get worse. Although American will be migrating to Canada.
