When balloons are pierced with a sharp object they go, “POP.” When they are untied they go, “MOMMMMM.”

Fortunately, you don’t have to pay for helium with the balloons being under water.

At least he’s not a pufferfish

Imagine if one of the guests at the party was a pufferfish, Carl would be a disaster for him/her.
