Paul, you saved the day…..

You know what? Despite my previous comments, I had a feeling it’d end this way, and I’m glad it did! Mr. Gilbert knew how to deliver a good comic, with or without a certain gray puffball. (We don’t need to see the dog all the time to have a wholesome moment, people! Give it a break!) God bless you, Mr. Gilbert and all, and to all a Merry Christmas!

I remember about 12 years ago David had a strip with Jill and Paul on the couch in front of a fire in fireplace, Jill says something missing, then she says to Buckles, come here sweetie, he hops on the couch lays between them, Jill says that’s better.

Covering his bases right here, Paul is! If he had more time, Paul could’ve gotten Jill a new dress or a pearl necklace.

He had to kill the mood.

I would always prefer money or a gift card from my husband. He’s not a good gift picker-outer. So Jill lucked out by Paul’s gift unless Paul is normally a good gift picker-outer.

Your lucky she’s a very good wife…..
