As I’ve gotten older I have found that my new happy hour is in fact, a nap!

It is not a nap, it is a recharging session.

When husband was working full time he would come home, undress and go back to bed for a “nap” until dinner time a few hours later. (The fact he needed to do this on a regular basis due to the craziness at his job – and he was the boss – is why he quit his job in his mid 50s.)
