In 2018 Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York vetoed a bill that would have let big lottery winners remain anonymous. The bill Cuomo vetoed had been popular, passing in the state Senate, 61-1, and in the Assembly, 140-3. The legislature had enough votes in both houses to override Cuomo’s veto but decided not to. Just another example of how messed up government is in New York. And Kathy is even worse…..

Like all lottery winners, Nobby is finding out who his real friends aren’t.

I see he brought Chalkie along as an insurance policy, in case Nobby wasn’t there.

When someone makes a killing at the Lottery, they’ll discover long lost kin they never knew they had.

Think that’s the first time I’ve seen Andy’s countryside.

Well what else are friends for if not to help them celebrate their good fortune. Andy is a friend indeed, but not a friend in need, except his own.

Well, so much for Chalkie’s lottery winnings. Nice scenery, by the way.
