Buddy is a problem for the opposite reason. He’s trying to get the vet-techs to play with him while they are trying to poke him.

Nancy, do you ever talk to your characters like they are real people?

During one of the visits to the vet, it was taking an unusually long time for the vaccinations to be completed. One of the vet techs checked in with me and apologized; they were having trouble administering the shots because my dog was “too wiggly”. He wasn’t scared, he was trying to evenly dispense kisses to all the techs!
