WHAT’S THE RATS NAME? HOLY BEJESUS. I take a couple of months off for brain surgery (not kidding. I had too many falls) and Lemon introduces a new character! Urrrg!
Mr. Wiggly: 2nd panel. He wants to make a point concerning his opinion of Ol’ Musky.
I’ve also noticed the color of Mr. Rat’s eyes keeps changing. Does Mr. Lemon have some dubious plans afoot? Or has he drawn an interesting new character? Hmm.
Okay, I’ve been a transportation historian for nigh on forty years, and this is the first time I’ve heard anyone accuse Musk’s hyperloop project, however far-fetched and “loony” it may have been, described in terms of a “sabotage” of California High Speed Rail. This falls into tinfoil-hat delusion worse than any Musk may have. The Musk project was aimed at an entirely different market—L.A. to Vegas—and currently Brightline, the first successful for-profit non-tourism passenger train operator since perhaps World War Two (depending on how you define terms), is taking aim at the L.A.-Vegas route after stunning success so far in the South Florida market.
The California HSR project is doing a fine enough job screwing itself and California taxpayers. Are you going to next insinuate that Brightline is “sabotaging” CHSR?

To continue to fall upwards when making a mess of every single venture he’s engaged in* takes a certain type of genius, I guess.
*the battery he built for Victoria is actually pretty cool.

Has Mr. Wriggly become a rat’s tail? (Who is that creature, anyway? I don’t think we’ve seen him before, but I could be wrong.)

Disclaimer: just because Elon Musk is bad does NOT mean all autistic people are bad.
