In almost 50 years of marriage we’ve never had “my” credit card or “your” credit card. They’ve all been “our” credit cards. And there were very few arguments over finances because we knew we were in it together and had to work out how best to spend our limited resources as a team. Most importantly, we actually talked to each other about it instead of sneaking around buying stuff then letting the other know after the fact.
