¡Guau! I never really paid attention to how wow was spelled in Spanish since it’s the same pronunciation. In all my years, I’ve never had cause to write the word in Spanish.
There’s a significant dichotomy between Gracie’s scholastic level and her play level. She reads and comprehends at a very advanced level but plays with preschool blocks? Those blocks are easy to draw, but c’mon now!
I go to an Hispanic market and didn’t know what Gallo was. It was chicken, but I thought chicken was Pollo. Turns out means rooster. It has a bunch of other meanings too, it seems.
