Just roll it back up. It’s what I do if the foster kittens find the roll. Once they can jump up onto the toilet, I put the roll under the cabinet. I always dread that morning discovery. It also means I have to remove things from the counter unless I want to constantly find them on the floor. Bags of kitten food, a tissue box, soap dispenser, sanitizing wipes…all of it.

I don’t get the fun unrolling toilet paper but it seems to be a universal cat thing to do.
