Having the seat cover down to flush prevents vaporized spray from the toilet from spraying out .. and I understand can spread germs pretty far…like in your face!
A musician friend of mine was asked to put on a sing-along for the retirees. He played “It’s a long way to Tipperary” and “White cliffs of Dover” but nobody joined in. They said, “We’d prefer some ’Stones or Led Zeppelin, thanks.”

Wasn’t Grandma also a rocker? Didn’t we once find out that she traveled with a rock band. (I can’t remember which one though.)
