The perks of being an ex.

Awww… or owww? :( – what a perfect drawing showing low /deflated self-esteem… it makes me want to give you a hug and reassure you you are beautiful and loved… (and of course an incredible artist and storyteller).

That should be a good thing that someone else also loves and supports Dre.

Oh man that hurts! You’re there for him all the time, they make zero sacrifices and get this joyful greeting.

My ex was bragging about the children greeting him like this. They’d run into my arms if whether I was away 5 minutes or 5 hours. They didn’t see the horrible side of him and I didn’t talk about it but they’re seeing a bit more clearly now that they’re adults and I’ve finally cut him out of my life.

He had him at. “‘money meeting’”.

The conflict between feelings and social conventions never ends. :(

Be strong, Petunia. Also, spectacular expressions.

Dre is lucky to have two parents to love as much as they love him. You do draw a great transformation to a jealous monster. ☺️
