When I took calculus, I found out calculus wasn’t the hard part. Algebra was. You needed calculus to set up the problem and algebra to actually solve the problem.

I could easily explain why I got D’s in algebra. I hated it, didn’t understand it and wished I didn’t have to take it.

My Geometry teacher was one of the authors of our geometry book, but her explanations in the classroom were still as clear as mud.
