The real reason they made sourdough was that regular yeast was sold out everywhere so they had to create wild yeast, aka sourdough yeast.
Well, children. I can tell you that it’s a great feeling to be kneaded in a time of crisis.
The sun also rises in the yeast.
And so that’s how things were ferment to be.
I was busy doing other stuff.
Soon to be made into a video game, then an HBO Series.
That’s sourdough and nobody else’s.
