I saved my Smith-Corona from college in the ’70’s, for the grandkids to play with.
I wish I still had my old high carriage Underwood typewriter.
Love Leroy Anderson’s arrangement of the ‘Typewriter’. Still have the Royal typewriter my father bought in New York city in 1929. Hard to get typewriter ribbon these days. Never learned to type, still ‘hunt & peck’ on my keyboard.
Does he still have a fountain pen?
There are days when I really miss my IBM Selectric with the type wheel.
More of a text machine than texting.
