Snakes get a bad rap. Rattlesnakes are afraid of humans (we appear like giants to them) and would rather run away… (Of course, being without legs that really isn’t an option.) They’ll try warning us to leave them alone. But if you step on one or grab it the poor thing will react in self defense.
I have cacti plants. They have personality! Those that stay outside year-round have gorgeous yellow/golden blooms. The indoor ones are Christmas cacti with either reddish or white flowers. All are easy to care for.
How does she get out into the desert like that? Must be a faulty GPS she’s using to navigate. Don’t worry about the heat, though, because it’s a “dry heat”.

Shame she doesn’t have her broom with her.

That snake won’t bite her. He doesn’t want to be poisoned.

The snake probably should be afraid – it is likely in for a “surprise”.

Where are the rattles from the snake’s tail?

Seems like someone’s always throwing shade on ol’ Broomie.

Not your size of shade Broomie.

There are a zillion rocks out there to throw shadows — and bigger ones, too.
