At the Chicago zoo only a glass partition seperated the apes from the people. One apes would sit uninterested in the people until a small group would form and then he would charge the window scaring the hell at the onlookers, making them jump. He got a big belly laugh out of that. Sitting there, I would clap afterwards and it was like he was playing to the audience.
