Back in the dark ages of the late 60s, early 70s my fiance and lead singer and I used to run about 10 miles a day to be in shape for the multiple shows we did, now, many decades later I realized the best thing about running was stopping.
The best thing about running is deciding it’s not for you. We both prefer walking, in some sort of natural setting, with water gives us bonus points for health activity.
yes, he’ll live a long and happy life with artificial knees, hips, weak ankles in a wheel chair with his enlarged lungs sagging like the old rubber balloons, once they were blown up they never returned to original shape, just sagged limp like! His friends will flock to his house the go to the local hangout for beer and wings. many happy days!!!

Nope. Walking and bicycling and swimming are enough for me. Besides, I don’t want to get fitted for a running blade.
