Don’t steam me, cause I’m already steamed…..

You’ll just end up in hot water.

Used go to a gym with a Thai lady, she was 74 then and not 1 wrinkle on her face. Kept getting it peeled (ouch?) BUT had to have rice daily even with severe diabetes. Haven’t seen her in 3 years, hope she’s doing well

I tried to crock pot some brown rice yesterday—after one bowlful, I threw the rest out.

Steam is thinning. Over lava rocks in a sauna.

I can’t get steamed vegetables at restaurants these days. Oh they serve somethingk they call steamed vegetables but they are not. The vegetables are warm and wet but still basically raw. It’s like they sort of walked them past the steamer on the way to my table.
