I had an alarm clock with a built in CD player on my night table. One night my dearly departed Jasper knocked it to the floor in the middle of the night killing the CD player and scaring me half to death since it landed in my metal waste can giving it double the bang. The alarm clock and radio still worked just fine, so I kept it until I retired. I had to use clear plastic packing tape to keep the lid to it closed.

Will forgive you for the grammar error, Mittens, because YOU’RE an awesome cat.

I have the same “model” of alarm clock. He used to start with licking my ear then move to knocking things off the night stand. Now, he goes straight for knocking things off.

My previous alarm clock would slide under the covers and bite my toes. I’ll take Mittens’ approach any day! LOL
