Time for Fireball to run away from home, and coincidentally meet up with Dad.

I learned what a “rhetorical question” was in church.

Hazy, even a merc must do their homework, so they know what to expect. Of course, your father usually doesn’t do his homework, and, see what it gets him.

My mother once called the elementary school to ask why I was not getting homework assignments. I was doing them on the bus ride home. They weren’t rocket science.

My aunt found at that her granddaughter was skipping classes. My aunt drove a school bus, so in between routes she would go to the high school, walk up to the classroom her granddaughter was supposed to be in, and look inside to make sure the girl was there. I think her granddaughter probably learned about major embarrassment.

One nice thing about being an adult is not having to do any homework.

I like Fireball, but she does need more discipline in her life, to be a great warrior like her father, she needs to develop self discipline, self control and a code of ethics.

I have a horrible suspicion the strip will soon be renamed Rip Haywire and Hazy… and then we won’t see Rip again for decades.

Growing up isn’t easy.
