I just watched the Steve Martin documentary on Apple. Steve Martin tells the story of his career — through cartoons drawn by Harry Bliss. When watching it, I kept thinking that the cartoons looked familiar. The Book is called “Number One is Walking”. They’ve also collaborated on other published cartoons with Harry drawing them and Steve providing the punchline. This is one of those comics! Notice the signature of Bliss / Martin. There is another book called, “A Wealth of Pigeons.”

So, the cat slashed it, too, and the dog is saying that she might not notice, because it was already slashed by the artist?

This is why we keep nice things behind museum-quality anti-reflective glass.
