I’m on two diets, wasn’t getting enough to eat on just one..

A friend of mine told me that her mother tried the Cabbage diet in the ’80s. She stopped as her dad kept calling her his wife, the walking whoopie cushion.

Watch Cholestrol. Plaque is a killer. I had my meeting with God. Lucky it was a mini stroke. Lost 30lbs. Watch out for bad food. Enjoyed two more birthdays since.

Some high-fiber advice for dudes undergoing prostate radiation: The doctor will advise you to avoid all fiber; but I discovered that popcorn actually reduces the side-effect diareah.

I was once put on a high fiber diet to curb me from going to the bathroom so much. It didn’t work.

I don’t know what the big deal is about diet. A diet is anything you eat.
