It rained very hard from about 10 o-clock last night straight through this morning and there are reports of flooding all over the area. My basement is dry so far and I hope it stays that way. It seems to have stopped for now, but they are saying there is more to come today.

Morning, tribe! I’m sorry Dry if our conversation bothered you (and anyone else). A simple “please change the subject” would help me know. I’m not very good at realizing what bothers other people, especially if I can’t see them. I know that for myself, if anyone starts talking much about medical procedures, I have to ask them to stop, or I have to leave where I can’t hear about it. (I still don’t know how the lasik surgery on my husband’s eyes works, because I can’t stand to listen or read the explanation.) I don’t want to cause anyone more distress!!

LoneWerewolf - Thank you for your excellant help and I will let you know about the furniture. It is tough moving furniture with my wife because she has to move so slowly because of her accident that I end up holding huge pieces of furniture about ten times longer than if I had another source for help.

A special thank you to FrankenFri & Drycula for drinking so much Booker’s that they ended up next door and couldn’t tell a Korean from a naked caucasion. Since you “Painted” his place I am done where he has at least a week’s worth of clean up. I keep hearing him yelling, but I do not speak Korean so am mystified as to what he is saying.

Today was not as nice as it could have been because of a steady drizzle, and the temp only got up to 74 today which felt cold after the high of 76 yesterday. Bitter cold may return this weekend as we hang in the mid 60’s daytime and may drop below 50 overnight. I really need to get back to South Florida.

NOBODY has mentioned the game this weekend. Traditionally known as “The World’s Largest Cocktail Party” Florida plays Georgia tomorrow in Jacksonville. We have a Tribe member standing by for updates. The game is played on neutral turf every year and Florida has OWNED Georgia’s butt for the last decade with GA’s only win coming in 2007.

None of the games matter now except Ohio State.
