They’ve labeled the exits at one of the Metro stations by letters. Signs say what is found at each exit. They have arrows pointing in the directions of the lettered exits. People still get lost. I expect to find a skeleton with a cellphone clutched in the hand bones with a dead battery in the station. So, no, this isn’t overkill just a statement on how unobservant we’ve become.
