Maybe mom will buy him a little something, but not always! … and maybe he’ll spent the day driving his kids to the beach because mom “recommended” an outing with the boys… which mom will use to go out with her friends…. Mother’s day is always celebrated but Father’s day these days can come and go unnoticed.
When my grown sons and families went out with my husband and myself.. he usually always treated them, being better off financially… my husband has now passed, and if I go out with any of them… I still tell them…. Dad’s paying!
