It’s a history of past customers and passed customers.

The short time I spent working as customer service at a small lumber yard helped a lot when I graduated from college and got a job as a elementary school teacher. It had prepared me for the real wacko’s…parents!

There’s harmless crazy and dangerous crazy. Looking into a customer’s eyes and realizing they are the latter is quite unsettling.

Find inspiration wherever you can! And then write it down, before it thaws.
