Yay! Mayor Melba has returned to save the town’s name!

I like that Melba is pulling up the shoulder of her jacket, even though it didn’t slip down. A nice nod to the past!

I like how Melba’s hair in her most recent appearances has been graying even though her love interest Rufus has not aged.

I hate to be the one to point this out, but an Assistant Mayor unilaterally changing the name of a town while the Mayor is temporarily away makes no sense at all.

Imaswine had his 15 minutes of fame.

It will always be Gasoline Alley. The town of Asbestos, Quebec never changed their name.

Yeah Melba! Rufus can’t be far behind…

Imeswine should use this time to clean out his office, since I have a feeling he’s about to be fired. (if he’s lucky, Mayor Melba won’t use real fire!)
