Moms of the world, we salute you!

I was a single parent to a 7.5 year old and a 3.5 year old and working full-time. Talk about being exhausted. I did the best I could with what I had being both mother or father.

We are both Early Birds, our only child is a Night Owl. During the Junior High & High School years, I was up at 5am with the Hubs & finally getting to go to bed at midnight when the kid took pity on me & went to bed. If I just went to bed when I wanted/needed to, she’d be up to all hours of the morning & still have to be to school at 8 am.

I’m an exhausted pigeon too.

i am the 3 child in line of 4…and the only child who isn’t an early riser…however i got tired of having the weird shifts in jobs…so i am now an earlier riser, but kindly please don’t talk to me until at least 10 am hits…and i have drank some coffee…

Sounds like my mother-in-law – single with 5 daughters. But she never let it get her down and was always full of life.
