He’s learned gerrymandering at a young age.

Entitlement is his right. He’s been catered too from day one. I’m not thinking of Sedgewick here though the character is also feeling entitled to have everything his way all the time.

I miss Four-Square and Dodge-Ball. I miss my friends and the joy I felt.
