You want a machine that uses stepper motors, not clutches. And don’t use aftermarket toner or independent repair people. It might be cheaper but the machine will suffer.
That was what always happened when I was working. As soon as some level of stability was reached, corporate (or the hospital) would change things up, or as they put it, add improvements or upgrades.
