I hate when companies put gluten-free on their packaging when the product never had gluten…
Cornered a market that isn’t there. I suppose for marketing you can target the consumers that want to add gluten to their gluten free products.
Gluten is easy to get rid of because it is found only in certain grains. And the stuff itself has no value to the eaters. Except to make your bread fluffy.
