Wine or BBQ, now that is a tough set of choices. How about BBQ for the meal and wine with dessert?

I left Texas, one of the numerous great BBQ places (I’ll allow that there are some others), for North Carolina where they serve vinegar soaked pork and call it BBQ. Nastiest tasting stuff I have ever eaten. And only once.

If it would taste as good as it sounds would be fine like wine.

Nothing could be finer than a winer and a swiner.
