There actually was an app like that. It used the front camera to provide a small in screen image so you could see what was in front of you while looking at your mobile. Not sure if it still exists as I can’t remember the name.

At the mall yesterday, I just stood there and a young lady walked directly into me, She then looked at me like it was all my fault. :)
